Industries

If your business sells a service, this applies. Here is how to tell.

The trade changes the vocabulary. It rarely changes the leak.

Flooring calls it an estimate. Contractors call it a bid. Insurance calls it a submission. It is the same broken handoff wearing three sets of vocabulary, and the fix is nearly always in the seam rather than in the tool.

$250. You leave with what's slowing you down, what it costs, and what the fix is. It credits in full toward the first work you hire us for.

What's the catch?

We charge because a free session has to end in a pitch to pay for itself.

Some of what we find, you can do yourself. We'll show you how. It's your system. You deserve to understand how it runs. What's genuinely beyond you, we build, and the $250 credits toward it. If you'd rather not touch any of it, we'll handle the whole thing.

Estimate. Bid. Submission. three trades, three words, one handoff that leaks.

We work with service businesses in trades, contracting and professional services. The two trades below have their own page because we have already mapped how they run: the software they use, the exact handoff where their money leaks, and what we would build.

What a trade page is, and what it is not

It is not a list of who we accept. It is a record of where we have already done the reading.

Writing one of these properly means learning what a trade actually runs on: that flooring shops price in a job platform and invoice in a second system, that general contractors spend hours on a takeoff and then nobody chases the bid. That takes real work, so there are two of them rather than thirty.

If your trade is here, you can skip the part where you explain your world to a vendor. The page already names your software and your specific leak, and you can judge us on whether we got it right before you ever speak to us.

If your trade is not here, the Assessment does exactly the same work. It just happens in a room with you rather than on a page in advance. That is genuinely the whole difference.

Or start from what hurts

Your trade doesn't have to be listed above for this to apply to you. Pick the one that sounds most like your week. Each leads to how we'd diagnose it, not a pitch. One real exception: we turn down regulated healthcare work that handles patient data, every time. We can't meet that compliance bar, so we'd rather tell you now than let you find out on a call.

The Assessment does not care whether your trade has a page.

60 to 90 minutes walking one real job end to end in your business. If your trade turns out to leak somewhere we have not seen before, that is a good day for both of us, and it is how the next page here gets written.
