The partnership covers all three. We find what's holding the business back, build the fix, train your team to run it, and teach you why it works. The know-how stays in your business, not in one person's head. Ours included. - Within two to three weeks, depending on the business: a Constraint Map, a ranked list of every bottleneck, with hours or dollars on each where we can count them. - Your first build live 30 to 45 days from signing, sometimes sooner. - One fix at a time, on a roadmap you sign off. - Accounts in your name from day one. What we build becomes yours at the end of the first year, or sooner if we part, and we don't switch anything off. - Twelve months, then month to month. The goal is graduation: the business runs without you in the middle, and without us. We hold three partnership seats. Mapping a company properly, sitting with each department and building one system after another takes real time inside each business. Kept to three, each one gets a partner. ## AI, automation or a person? Most jobs need all three. We don't put AI on everything. Each task gets the answer that fits it, and most tasks fall into one of three groups. ### If you can write the rule: plain automation If this happens, do that. A job is marked done, and the invoice goes to the customer. It does the same thing every time, and when it slips, you can trace it to the rule. If the rule fits on an index card, you don't need AI. ### If someone has to read it first: AI helps, a person decides A forty-page subcontract. A week of customer emails. A scanned bill. AI reads them, pulls out what matters and flags what deserves a look. Its best guess can be wrong and still sound sure, so a person makes the call. ### If it takes judgment: a person keeps it Telling a customer the job will run a week late. Deciding whether to absorb a cost or charge for it. These need context and someone who answers for the outcome. They stay with your people, with a written procedure behind them. ## Most work is a mix Paying bills is three tasks. AI reads the bills and flags what looks wrong. A person approves what gets paid. Plain automation sends exactly what was approved. Some answers need no new software at all: a tool you already pay for, set up properly, or a written procedure with one person who owns the job. Sometimes the right answer is not yet. By the end of your first year, the goal is that you can tell the difference yourself. Depending on the problem, that can be: - an automation or an AI step, where one fits - tools you already pay for, connected so nobody re-types a number - a written procedure, so one person owns the job - training for your team, including how to use AI safely and a company AI policy You don't pick from a list. The Assessment and the map set the order, and you approve every step. ## What this costs, in plain terms We don't publish a price list, because we've never seen two businesses with the same operation. Here is how the fee works instead, so nothing about it surprises you later. **One fee, set by the size of your business (how many people, how much revenue), not by how much we build.** Everything we build is done inside the AI Transformation Partnership. Inside the partnership we don't earn more by building more. **Your accounts, your bills.** Every account is in your name from day one. You pay your own providers, like your domain and hosting, directly at their price. We add no markup and take no cut of what you pay them, and we put the expected monthly provider cost in writing before you sign. What we build becomes yours at the end of the first year, or sooner if the partnership ends first, and we don't switch anything off when we part.
