Guides

Fix what you can without us.

Five guides on the problems we see most. Then two ways to find out which one is yours.

Each of these teaches something you can act on this week without us. That is deliberate. An educated client makes the best partner, and the fastest way to find out whether we are any good is to use something we wrote for free.

Five guides each one usable without hiring anybody, which is rather the point.

These five guides cover the problems we are called about most: leads that go unanswered, tools that do not talk to each other, the confusion around what an AI agent actually is, a local presence nobody owns, and a business that stops moving when the owner does. Each one includes a measurement you can run yourself, and none of them requires an email address.

Why we give the useful part away

Because a business that fixes its own follow-up after reading a free guide was never going to be a good client for a build it did not need, and it might be an excellent one for the thing it actually needs, two years from now.

We work on twelve-month partnerships, not one-time builds. We live with whatever we put in, so we'd rather you not build the wrong thing. That incentive only works if we are willing to hand over the parts you can do yourself. Everything in these guides is what we would tell you on a call, written down so you do not have to book one.

If you get to the end of a guide and the answer is obvious, act on it and keep the money. If you get to the end and it is not, that is exactly what the Architecture Assessment is for.

The Sharkitect Standard

The AI Transformation Agency, an agency that refuses to upsell.

A contrarian truth in an industry that profits from confusion.

Read one. Run the measurement. Then decide.

If the guides turn up something you would rather not fix alone, the Assessment is 60 to 90 minutes and ends with a written map of your operation, yours whether or not you hire us.

$250. You leave with what's slowing you down, what it costs, and what the fix is. It credits in full toward the first work you hire us for.
