Why we still show up in person
An Architecture Assessment done well is mostly watching. How a job moves from the phone to the schedule to the truck to the invoice. Who gets interrupted. What's written on the whiteboard that isn't in any software.
You can do that on a video call, and for our clients outside Kansas City we do. But standing in the office, you notice the sticky note on the monitor that turns out to be the actual system of record. You see somebody walk a piece of paper across the room. Those things don't come up when a person is describing their own process, because to them it isn't a process — it's just Tuesday.
That's the whole argument for being local, and it's why we lead with it here rather than with a list of the suburbs we serve.

What we see in Kansas City operations
This section grows with every Assessment we run here. These are the patterns we've seen so far in metro service businesses — stated as observations, not as a claim about your company.
Metro contractors, flooring, roofing and electrical shops tend to run a job platform, a scheduler and an accounting tool that were each chosen well and never introduced to each other. The estimate-to-invoice path is where the hours go.
KC weather makes several trades genuinely seasonal. Follow-up that works fine in February quietly collapses in the first hot week of summer — and that's when the leads are worth the most.

If you're inside that ring, the Assessment happens at your place. If you're just outside it, ask — the honest answer is usually yes, and if the drive makes it impractical we'll say so and do it remotely instead.
You'll notice we haven't built a separate page for each of those suburbs. Several of our competitors have, and if you read a few you'll find the same page with the city name swapped. We're not going to do that. When we have something genuinely specific to say about doing business in Olathe rather than Lenexa, that'll get its own page and it'll be worth reading.

Yes — remotely, across the US, and we have since day one. The systems are identical. Kansas City just gets the in-person option.
