Proof
Proof, with the math shown.
One fully verified build. We'd rather show you one honestly than ten vaguely.
Most agency case studies are testimonials with a percentage attached. This one shows how the number was calculated, what the system does, and where it deliberately stops.

How the number was measured
~97% success rate measured across roughly 300 real estimates over five months in production.
Sharkitect Digital has one fully documented and verified case study: an estimate automation built for an award-winning, family-owned flooring and remodeling company in the Kansas City area. It returned about 45 hours a month — roughly 184 hours across the first five months — across about 300 estimates at a 97% automation success rate, with a person approving every estimate before it reached a customer.
Case study — system integration
45 hours a month back for a KC flooring contractor
Every estimate was being built by hand — measuring rooms, doing square-footage math, applying waste percentages — then retyped line by line from Monday.com into QuickBooks Online. We connected the two systems they already paid for.
Why there's only one on this page
Because it's the one we can prove.
We could fill this page. Every agency has a folder of engagements that went fine, and it's easy to write "streamlined operations for a regional contractor" and attach a percentage nobody will check. We've decided not to do that, for a reason that is partly principle and mostly practical: the moment you find one padded number, every other number on the site becomes worthless.
So the rule here is simple. A case study goes on this page when the client has approved it, the numbers were measured rather than estimated, and we can show the method used to arrive at them. That's a slower page to fill. It's a much better one to be judged on.
We're also not going to pretend our newer systems have five years of published results behind them. Where our proof is thinner, the relevant service page says so in those words.
What we'll publish, and what we won't
- Measured, not estimated. The flooring number came from a conservative flat 37.5 minutes of manual work per estimate, multiplied by real volume, then cross-checked against a single month. That March check came in at 39 hours, in line with the ~45/month average.
- Client-approved, always. This client asked to stay anonymous. We honour that even though naming them would help us — which is why you'll read "an award-winning, family-owned flooring and remodeling company in the Kansas City area" rather than a logo.
- No invented quotes. We won't write a testimonial and attribute it to a client who didn't say it. If there's no signed-off quote, there's no quote.
- Savings that survived the slow season. The flooring result held through the slow months. That matters — a number measured only during a busy season is a seasonal spike wearing a case study's clothes.
