How it works

Pay online and we build your card.
We show it to you before it goes live and adjust anything you need.
We send you simple steps to put it on your phone's home screen.

Purchase details

Price: $200 USD, one payment. No monthly fees.
You pay on Stripe's payment page with a credit or debit card. We never receive your full card number.
Your digital card is ready 1 to 2 business days after we have your payment, your details and your photo. We show it to you before it goes live.
Changes: whenever you need to update something, text or email us and we apply it within 5 business days. Changes cost nothing.
Cancel within 3 business days of your order and we refund what you paid.
Your tap card ships after that, within 5 business days of your order. We text you first for the shipping address.
Once your tap card arrives, you have 5 business days to cancel.
To cancel in that window, mail the card back at your own cost. We refund what you paid once it reaches us.

1. Who is responsible for your details

Sharkitect Digital LLC, 8924 E. 74th St, Kansas City, MO 64133, is responsible for the personal details you share on this page. For any privacy question, email solutions@sharkitectdigital.com or text (816) 313-2808.

2. What we collect

About you and your business: first and last name, title, what you do, and company.
Contact details: phone, text number, email, and the city or area you enter. We don't ask for your exact address.
Your photo and logo, if you upload them, and the links and social pages you want on your card.
Payment: Stripe processes your payment. We receive the confirmation, the amount, your email, and details like your card's brand, last 4 digits and country, never the full number.
Technical: your IP address and browser details, to check that you're not a bot and to make the site work. Ad-measurement cookies are used only if you accept them.
Anything you text or email us about your order.

We don't ask for sensitive personal information. Please don't put details about your health, religion, political views or sexual orientation on your card. We don't use your photo for facial recognition. This service isn't for children under 13.

3. Why we use them

Needed to provide the service:

To build, publish and maintain your digital card.
To charge your order and send you the confirmation.
To text or email you to show you your card, set up delivery and apply the changes you ask for.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

Optional (if you say no, your order stays the same):

To email you the Sharkitect newsletter, if you ticked the box.
To measure our ads with cookies, if you accepted them.

To say no to the optional uses: leave the newsletter box unticked, choose "Necessary only" in the cookie notice, or email us anytime.

4. What becomes public

Whatever you choose to put on your card (name, photo, phone, email, city or area, social pages and links) can be seen by anyone who opens it, and stays in the contacts of anyone who saves it.

5. Who we share them with

Service providers who process them on our behalf, only for the purposes in this notice: Stripe (payments), Airtable (your order record), HubSpot (this website and the contact record), Google Workspace (sending email), Slack (internal team alerts), Cloudflare (bot checks), GitHub and Vercel (publishing your card), and the text-messaging service we use to message you.

We don't sell your details. If you accept ad cookies, Meta receives data about your visit and may use it for its own ads. Choose "Necessary only" to prevent that. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "Necessary only."

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, to stop a use, or to withdraw your consent. Email solutions@sharkitectdigital.com with your name, what you want changed, and how to reach you. We may ask you to confirm it's you. If you delete details your card needs to work, the card stops being published.

7. How long we keep them

While your card is published, and for as long as legal and tax obligations require. If your order isn't paid, we delete your details when you ask, or when we no longer need them to follow up. Newsletter details, until you unsubscribe.

8. Cookies

Bot check (Cloudflare): always on, to protect the form. Site function and statistics (HubSpot): based on your choice in the cookie notice. Ad measurement (Meta): only if you accept. You can change your choice with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we post the new version on this page with its date. If the change is important, we also email you.
