What we build

Systems we build — after we know what's broken.

Diagnosis first. Every time.

There are four systems we build. Which one you need is not a question you should have to answer from a website — that's what the Assessment is for. Here's what each one does, and who it's actually for.

$250 — credited 100% toward any build.

Under 60 seconds from lead submitted to a personal reply — on our own live system.

Sharkitect Digital builds four systems for service businesses: lead response automation, system integration, a local marketing engine, and a social content engine. We prescribe one only after an Architecture Assessment shows which problem is actually costing you money. That's why there's no buy button on this page — a prescription written before the diagnosis is just a sales pitch.

Lead response automation

RapidLead Response System

RapidLead Response answers every new lead in under 60 seconds. It reads what the person actually wrote on your form, replies in your voice about their specific job, and keeps following up across a sequence you approve — until they book, close, or opt out. It works on leads from up to five sources at once.

Who it's for: businesses where leads go dark, where "we call back within a day" is the real policy, or where the busy season buries the follow-up nobody has time for.

What it isn't: an autoresponder. A template that fires "Thanks, we'll be in touch" is not follow-up — the lead knows the difference, and so does the competitor who called them first.

System integration

SystemLink Workflow Sync

SystemLink connects the tools you already pay for so information moves between them without a person carrying it. Your team enters something once. The system maps it, transforms it, and lands it in the next tool correctly — with error handling that isolates a bad record instead of stopping the whole batch.

Who it's for: businesses running a CRM, a scheduler, an invoicing tool and a job platform that were never introduced to each other. If staff are re-typing the same numbers into a second screen, that's this.

Proof: a Kansas City flooring contractor got about 45 hours a month back this way — roughly 184 hours over five months.

Local marketing engine

PresencePulse Marketing Engine

PresencePulse runs your local presence as one machine instead of five disconnected vendors: website and content, directory listings, technical SEO, reviews, ads run inside your own ad accounts, and an AI concierge on the site that answers questions and books appointments.

You own all of it. The website, the ad accounts, the listings, the data — everything is built in accounts that belong to your business. If we ever part ways, you keep the engine. That is a deliberate design choice, and it is the opposite of how most of this industry works.

Who it's for: local service businesses currently paying a website host, an SEO agency, a social manager and an ads agency separately — and getting four different stories about why the phone isn't ringing.

Social content engine

ContentPulse Social Engine

ContentPulse writes, designs and publishes branded social content on a weekly cycle — draft, you approve, it posts. Approval is built to take under 15 minutes a week, and you can turn the review queue off whenever you trust it.

We won't sell you this first. ContentPulse is an add-on. It becomes available after a core system has been running in your business for at least 90 days. Posting more when your follow-up is broken just means more people discover that you don't call back. Visibility multiplies whatever is already happening — so we fix that first, on purpose.

Who it's for: partners with stable operations who want to stay visible without hiring a content person.

What this costs, in plain terms

We don't publish a price list, because we've never seen two service businesses with the same operation. Here is the model instead, so nothing about it surprises you later.

You pay for volume, never for gated features. Every client on a given system gets the entire feature set. What changes is capacity — how many leads, how many sends, how many posts. Nobody pays extra to unlock the button that was already built.

One bundled number. There's a one-time investment to design and build the system, then one ongoing number for running it. No per-seat math, no surprise line items.

Capacity moves with you. Busy season doubles your lead volume? Capacity flexes. It flexes back down too — we'd rather adjust than watch you pay for headroom you stopped using.

The only figure on this website is the Assessment: $250, credited 100% toward any build. Everything else gets quoted after we've seen how your business actually runs.

Questions operators actually ask

Can I just buy one of these without the Assessment?

No, and that's not a sales tactic. We've had operators arrive certain they needed lead automation, and the Assessment found their leads were fine — the jobs were stalling after the sale. Building the wrong system well is still building the wrong system. The Assessment is 45 to 90 minutes and $250, credited back if you build anything.

Do these work together, or do I pick one?

They stack. Most partnerships start with one system that fixes the biggest leak, then add the next one when the first is proven. PresencePulse already contains lead response and social content inside it, so it's the bundle rather than a fifth separate thing.

Do you build inside the tools we already use?

Yes. We build into your existing workflow rather than asking your team to move into ours. If you run Monday.com, QuickBooks, Jobber or a CRM you like, those stay. Replacing working software is expensive and it's usually the lazy answer.

What if we tried automation before and it didn't work?

Then your caution is earned. The usual reason is that somebody sold a tool before anyone diagnosed the process — so the tool automated a broken workflow faster. We start at the diagnosis for exactly this reason, and we'll tell you when the honest answer is that you don't need us.

How long until something is actually running?

It depends on how many systems have to talk to each other, and we'll give you a real timeline in the Assessment report rather than a number now. What's fixed is the shape: we build in phases, with a proof point at 90 days, so you see whether it's working before you're deep into it.

The Sharkitect Standard

The AI Transformation Agency — an agency that refuses to upsell.

A contrarian truth in an industry that profits from confusion.

Not sure which one? That's the point.

Picking your own system from a website is guessing. The Assessment replaces the guess with a map of your actual operation — and sometimes with the news that you don't need any of this.

$250 — credited 100% toward any build. If nothing needs building, we'll tell you that.
