7. Limitation of Liability

  2. Jurisdiction and Venue. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Missouri. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

  3. Waiver of Class Actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

 

14. Modifications to Terms

Sharkitect Digital reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
